President’s Management Council Interagency Rotation Program
in Chicago for GS13-15s

The Chicago FEB is facilitating the President’s Management Council Interagency Rotation Program in Chicago for high-potential GS-13s through GS-15s. Participation in this program will enable emerging Federal leaders to expand their management skills, broaden their organizational experience, and foster networks they can leverage in the future. 

The keys to the program’s success are engaged host agencies who provide meaningful developmental assignments and emerging leaders to be program participants.

1) Be a Host Agency

Consider hosting a 6-month rotation from April through September of 2016
Application deadline: Friday, December 30, 2016

2) Recommend a Candidate or Apply
Requirements for program participation include:

  • GS 13-15 (career, career-conditional, or equivalent)
  • Full time agency employee for at least 18 months
  • Currently work in the Chicago Metropolitan Area
  • Performance rating of “exceeds expectations” or higher
  • Demonstrated commitment to leadership development, with potential and aspiration for an executive position
  • Availability for an interagency assignment from April through September 2016
  • Concurrence of immediate supervisor and component leadership*
