Mediation Skills Training

This week-long course is for federal employees who are interested in becoming trained to resolve conflict through mediation and alternative dispute resolution.
Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to mediate federal cases with the Chicago FEB’s Shared Neutrals Dispute Resolution Program.

This course is limited to federal employees. Seats are limited to the first 30.
REGISTER: Complete the FMCS Chicago FEB Registration form (open using Internet Explorer)
1) List each participant who will be attending from your agency on page 2.
2) Complete the payment information.
3) Sign the form authorizing payment.
4) Email the completed form to LuAnn Glaser (lglaser@fmcs.gov), Manager, National Programs & Initiatives/Director of ADR and International Services for Federal Mediation.
Deadline for registration is July 15, 2016.
No cancellations will be accepted after COB on that date.
The maximum per person registration fee is set at $760.56.*
*Please note, agencies will not be charged until after the day the program begins, and the amount will be based upon the total number of registrations received, not to exceed $760.56. Therefore, the amount charged may be less than $760.56.
