Emotional Intelligence (EI) is a group of skills and competencies that help individuals better manage the emotions inherent in the workplace. Emotional intelligence has been shown to be a major predictor of success. Participants are introduced to the concept of EI, their skill levels in different areas of EI, and strategies to improve EI functioning.
