The primary mission of the GSA Child Care Program is to provide high-quality child care centers that meet the needs of the Federal employees nationwide. The Child Care Program supports GSA’s national commitment to make quality child care a key building amenity and an essential component of a quality work environment. We ensure the successful start-up and implementation of new centers and provide oversight for the existing centers to maintain quality. We provide space and services for child care to operate in facilities under GSA control.
GSA has three childcare centers in the Chicago downtown area and one in Des Plaines, IL. They primarily serve federal employees but also welcome children from the surrounding communities.
